I'm just wondering...

This has a score of 1.6, how is it that high? I THINK that people would think it sucks... or is it just because it a clock movie?
I don't know, but I'm pretty sure that better flashes have gotten lower scores than this.

To contradict again...

Tyler, it does make several references to God, (that's who the "Lord" is I think. Yeah.). But, KK-Sniper, even though I also don't believe God exists... I don't believe a lot of other things exist either. Like, Master Chief, freaky fruit clocks (which I still don't understand), a city populated of cats and bunnies, Link, and several other people and/or ideas that certain extremely popular flashes consist of. No need to get angry, sheesh. That's to everyone. No more having people killed in their sleep, alrighty?
Aaaanyway, this movie has a great style to it and the animation to fit. The music was also very suitable. I'm looking forward to seeing more by you. Gosh, I always get side-tracked...

Why is it in the top 50?

Because people voted it to be there, duh. Are you wondering why it has been number 1 for so long? That's called a "voting system", and when it doesn't work to some people's liking, they complain about it. Please don't do that.
Anyway, this movie has extremely well-done animation and it goes flawlessly with the music. They go fantastically together. The story has a very clear, warm meaning that's left to interpretation. There are many hidden jokes and symbolisms as well (for those who care to pay attention).

Everything

It had everything; romance, comedy, social tragedy... ahem, and the animation was undoubtably original and consistent. Plus it's cute, so that's a large amount of popularity right there :)
And come on, with the flaming, it's not hurting anyone by existing, and it's certainly plain that the movie is widely appreciated. Also, I think the music might be Korean, not "Jap", but I don't know any more than anyone.
